Happiness Generator

All human beings have the God-given capability to generate any amount of happiness we wish to. The problem with the majority of us, is that we do not realise that we are capable of doing so. All we need to do is sit silently for a couple of minutes and visualise or dream of happy thoughts and images. Some may call it day-dreaming. Yes, day-dreaming of happy situations or imagery contributes to happiness. It sets a happy mode in our system. No matter how tough or turbulent day, may look like all one needs to do is merely concentrate on happy thoughts. As many happy thoughts as one can. The end result is a state of happiness and hope that sends positive vibes to the universe.

Generating Global Happiness Day

Anyone and everyone can generate, and harness, happiness.
The power is within each of us to do so.
Happiness comes in many forms and levels. For some of us happiness is synonymous with good health and a perfect physique. For others, it is material possessions or spiritual values.
I often ask myself, why some are more happier than others? The  more I delve into it, the answer is pretty simple. We , as individuals , plant the seeds and reap the fruits. If we want to remain happy at all times, the state of mind must send happy and positive signals.
On the other hand, if we plant unhappy thoughts the end result is certainly going to be a state of unhappiness and misery. Happiness can never be bought with money. Happiness is a state of mind.
Given the current global situation with financial crisis, unemployment, anarchy and strife, wouldn't it be a great idea if we can nominate a Global Happiness Day.
The challenge here is to dedicate a day where people of various faiths, countries and economic standing channel all their energy towards creating happiness.
Wouldn't it be nice to hear us wishing total strangers , "May showers of happiness rain upon you and your loved ones."
Just imagine people by the millions communicating the happiness mantra.
I am certain that such thoughts would create a truly happy day for all.
Or, am I  day dreaming ?
